Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• At least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of Physical Therapist experience in other settings post clinicals

Assignment Details

• Schedule includes Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
• Shift hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Must be open to 2 evenings per week until 7:30 PM
• Open to 4x10s
• EMR: Raintree
• Three HealthStream modules must be completed pre-assignment
