Full job description

As an RN Per Diem Night Labor & Delivery nurse at Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital, you will provide specialized, family-centered care to laboring patients and newborns in a high-acuity, community-focused setting. Working night shifts, you’ll perform maternal and fetal assessments, interpret fetal monitoring, administer medications, assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries, and respond to obstetric and neonatal emergencies. You’ll deliver culturally responsive education and emotional support to families, document care in the EHR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to advance health equity for South Los Angeles patients.
