Student Support Caregiver

Milton Hershey School seeks a Student Support Caregiver to provide daily supervision, care, and guidance to students in a residential education setting. The caregiver promotes students’ safety, emotional well‑being, and academic focus by supporting routines, homework, and healthy habits. Responsibilities include monitoring student behavior, assisting with life skills, escorting students to activities, documenting concerns, and collaborating with teachers, houseparents, and counselors. The role requires strong communication, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to build trusting relationships while modeling MHS values of diversity, respect, and personal growth.
