COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Orthopedic Surgery - Total Joints/Adult Reconstructive
  • Long established regional referral base
  • No Trauma Call - Approximately 80% of procedures at groups’ ASC, freeing up your nights and weekends.
  • Partnership Track - ancillary income, ASC, and real estate (no private equity affiliation)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Orthopedic Surgery - Total Joints/Adult Reconstructive
  • Flip Day Blocks within ASC, utilizing two OR rooms
  • Work alongside experienced surgeons, PA’s, NP’s, PT’s, OT’s, MA’s, PM&R physicians, Athletic Trainers, MA’s, and a seasoned leadership team
  • Dedicated PA support – surgical assisting, administrative needs, perioperative care.
  • ‘In-house’ – billing department, X-Ray, MRI, EMG, Ultrasound.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Orthopedic Surgery - Total Joints/Adult Reconstructive
  • BE/BC, fellowship trained total joints surgeon
  • An ability to work with autonomy and without corporate micromanagement.
  • AZ Licensure
