Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse

Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Encompass Health, seeks a Rehabilitation Registered Nurse to provide evidence-based, patient-centered care in an inpatient rehab setting. You will assess patients, develop individualized care plans, administer medications, and coordinate complex care for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, and other conditions. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document outcomes, and support safe discharges while promoting functional recovery and independence.
