About the Clinicians Workday

Clinicians will provide inpatient interventional cardiology coverage on a 24-hour call basis, with shifts structured from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM, covering 10-15 shifts per month for STEMI and general cardiology call. Clinical responsibilities include managing STEMI cases, performing coronary angiograms, percutaneous coronary interventions (PCIs), right and left heart catheterizations, and other cardiac procedures as credentialed, as well as following patients through sign-off. General cardiology coverage includes 1-5 inpatient consultations per day. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, and clinicians must maintain continuous availability to respond to inpatient cardiac cases throughout each designated coverage period.
