Quick Facts Location: Hopewell Township, NJ Start Date: Flexible / Immediate preferred End Date/Duration: Permanent position Shift: Combination of 24-hour in-house coverage and 10-hour day shifts Hours/Week: 40 hours/week (full-time) Employment Type: Permanent, employed Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology Experience: Prior neonatal intensive care experience preferred Pay & Benefits Pay: Competitive salary (details discussed upon application) Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Retirement Plan with employer match Sign-on and relocation assistance available Professional development opportunities Collaborative work environment supporting teaching and mentorship Work-life balance in a charming community near major metro areas What You’ll Do Provide expert neonatal care to patients in a busy Level 3 NICU with an average daily census of 17 patients Manage care for over 400 NICU admissions annually Collaborate with a team of 7 neonatologists in a well-established practice Utilize advanced neonatal technologies such as HFOV, nitric oxide, and therapeutic cooling Participate in teaching and mentoring students, residents, and possibly new OB/GYN residents Engage in a multidisciplinary approach with obstetric and pediatric teams Support the regional perinatal center environment handling approximately 4,000 deliveries/year Maintain high standards of patient-centered care within a compassionate community setting What You Need Valid medical license in New Jersey or eligibility to obtain one Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology Prior experience in neonatal intensive care preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care Residency within the local area preferred; relocation may be required About the Assignment This full-time position at an esteemed regional perinatal center offers a unique blend of clinical excellence, teaching, and community engagement.
