Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop production team members to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.
  • Oversee daily production activities, ensuring schedules are executed efficiently and customer commitments are met.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing policies, identifying risks, and driving a safe work environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational, equipment, and workflow issues to minimize downtime and maintain performance.
  • Partner with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to support seamless production operations.
  • Drive employee development and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team capability, efficiency, and overall operational results.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of manufacturing or production experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment operations, and manufacturing best practices.
  • Experience using production management systems and technology to monitor performance and drive results.
  • Understanding of workplace safety regulations, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with familiarity in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
