Service Technician

Our client, a leader in the hospitality and vacation rental industry, is seeking a Chemical Service Technician to join their team. As a Chemical Service Technician, you will be part of the service department supporting property maintenance and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Chemical Service Technician

Location: Boone, NC

Pay Range: 15$

Shift: M-F 9-5

What's the Job?

• Travel to assigned properties to perform hot tub/spa maintenance and service
• Test and balance water chemistry to ensure safety and optimal operation
• Clean spa components, filters, and surfaces for guest safety and satisfaction
• Inspect equipment and identify maintenance needs or repairs
• Document services performed and communicate findings to management

What's Needed?

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to travel between properties
• Smartphone for documentation and communication
• Ability to work independently following established procedures
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
