Encompass Health seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support inpatient rehabilitation patients recovering from major illnesses and injuries. Working closely with licensed physical therapists and an interdisciplinary team, you will deliver therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities while ensuring safety and patient comfort. You will document progress, educate patients and families on home programs, and contribute to individualized care plans.
