Job Summary

The Accounting Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the general accounting staff and general ledger accounting of the Ambulatory and non-Ambulatory entities. In addition, the Accounting Manager will prepare the monthly financial reporting and board meeting package. The Accounting Manager leads the accounting staff, provides supervision, participates in performance evaluations, identifies process deficiencies, coordinates process improvements and identifies training needs.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement :

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related degree required.

Minimum Experience Requirement :

Five (5) years of accounting experience required. Healthcare accounting and/or public accounting related experience preferred. Supervisory experience required. Advanced Spreadsheet skills. Excellent detail orientation, communication and customer service skills.

Minimum License Requirement :

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.

$57.63 - $84.72
