Registered Nurse

Transylvania Regional Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse for full-time night shift in our Acute Care unit. The RN will deliver safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to a diverse adult population, including post-surgical, medical, and step-down patients. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, medication administration, care planning, patient and family education, and timely documentation in the EHR. You will collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, support quality and safety initiatives, and contribute to our patient-first, community-focused culture within a close-knit hospital environment.
