What you will do at VeSync:
- Process returned products and prepare it for testing.
- Conduct functional and diagnostic tests on products based on set procedures.
- Record and report test results, ensuring all data is accurate and comprehensive.
- Assist in root cause analysis by providing detailed testing feedback, photos and videos as evidences.
- Ensure that testing equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
- Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve product issues.
What you bring to the role:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certificate in electronics, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in product testing, quality control, or a similar role.
- Basic understanding of testing equipment and tools, with the ability to perform standard diagnostic procedures.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accurate recording of data.
- Ability to follow established testing protocols and procedures.
- Familiarity with electronic devices and troubleshooting techniques.
