As a Staff Pharmacist at Walmart, you’ll provide safe, accurate, and efficient prescription services while leading daily pharmacy operations in a fast‑paced retail setting. You will verify prescriptions, perform clinical checks, conduct drug utilization reviews, and counsel patients on medications, side effects, and adherence. You’ll administer immunizations, support health screenings, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Working closely with pharmacy technicians, you’ll optimize workflow, manage inventory and controlled substances, and contribute to a culture of safety, service, and excellence for our customers and community.
