Outpatient-Focused Ob/Gyn Opportunity - No Required Hospital Call
Watson Clinic is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN physician to join our established and collaborative practice in beautiful Lakeland, Florida.
This is an excellent opportunity for an OB/GYN physician seeking an outpatient-focused practice with a predictable schedule and no required hospital call, while maintaining a full clinical and surgical practice. The physician will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in the office while continuing to perform scheduled gynecologic surgeries and cesarean sections.
Physicians interested in additional hospital-based coverage may have the option to participate in the hospital call schedule based on their availability and the needs of the group.

Partnership Opportunity: Physicians are eligible for partnership after two years, with a guaranteed salary plus bonus during the first year.
Robust Administrative Support: Our experienced administrative team provides support with staffing, billing and collections, coding and transcription, clinical informatics/EMR, value-based services, quality, and recruitment-allowing physicians to focus on patient care.
Qualifications
M.D. or D.O.
Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG)
Strong clinical skills with a commitment to patient-centered care
Active, unrestricted Florida medical license or ability to obtain a Florida license
