Full job description

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and metal fabrication, is seeking a Press Brake Operator to join their team. As a Press Brake Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Press Brake Operator
Location: Bloomer, WI
Pay Range: $25-27
Shift:
Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM. 3-day weekend every week!

What's the Job?

  • Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal parts
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
  • Perform precise measurements and calculations using basic math
  • Conduct routine maintenance and ensure press brake machines run efficiently
  • Perform quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools

What's Needed?

  • 5 years of professional work experience in brake press
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy reading blueprints
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
  • Ability to work 10 hour shift on your feed in manufacturing
  • Capability of lifting up to 50lbs as needed
