Cardiac Cath Lab - Travel Registered Nurse - $2160 per week.

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.

• 9 months of acute care experience within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - North TX Division.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - RN: experience in circulating and/or scrubbing, monitoring, pre-op, and recovery.

Unit Details: - Four-person teams; RNs rotate through cath lab holding for pre-op/recovery. - Uses GE equipment in Cath Lab 1, Philips equipment in Cath Lab 2, and Merge. - Typical procedures include R/L heart caths, peripheral and carotid angio/stents, PE/DVT cases, Impella/IABP, TEE/cardioversion, PPMs, IVC filters, and ECMO cannulations. - Monday through Wednesday are the busiest days; Thursday and Friday are lighter.

Shift & Scheduling: - 12-hour days or until finished; some days can be long. - On-call around 15 days in a 6-week time frame (self-scheduling).

Floating Requirements: - If short of hours and other departments need tasking, you may float as needed.
