Bilingual Overnight Supervisor

Manpower is seeking an overnight Supervisor to join our team! The Supervisor works onsite at our client location, serving as the liaison between Manpower and our client. This individual would ensure smooth day-to-day operations related to workforce management. This role is responsible for supporting client needs, managing temporary employees, completing nightly tasks and maintaining high levels of service and compliance.
Job Title: Bilingual Overnight Supervisor
Location: Taylor, TX
Pay Range: $22 per hour
Shift: Nights, Sunday-Thursday, 6pm to 3am

• Keep up to date records of associate compliances
• New hire orientations
• Daily maintenance of tracking spreadsheets
• Monitor employee performance and address issues such as attendance, conduct, and productivity

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in excel, word, outlook and able to learn new software applications.
