This is a true litigation environment—not a high-volume settlement shop. Cases are handled with the expectation that they may ultimately go to trial, and the firm has built its reputation on taking on difficult matters and pursuing meaningful results for its clients. The team continues to grow, and with several significant multi-plaintiff matters underway, we are adding an experienced Litigation Paralegal to provide additional depth and support.

Job Details

What You’ll Do:

• Provide hands-on paralegal support across a portfolio of complex plaintiff-side litigation matters.
• Assist with sexual assault and other sensitive, high-stakes cases.
• Support matters involving numerous individual plaintiffs and substantial volumes of case information.
• Organize and maintain detailed client and case files across active litigation.
• Track deadlines, filings, discovery, records, correspondence, and case developments.
• Assist attorneys with pleadings, discovery, document preparation, case organization, and trial preparation.
• Coordinate information across multiple clients connected to larger litigation matters.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and help ensure required information and documentation are collected.
• Work closely with attorneys to keep large, complex matters organized and moving forward.
• Handle sensitive and confidential client information with discretion and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior litigation paralegal experience, ideally on the plaintiff side.
• Experience with personal injury, sexual assault/abuse, mass tort, product liability, complex civil litigation, or other multi-plaintiff matters strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with mass tort-style case organization, even if the matters themselves were not formally mass torts.
• Experience managing multiple plaintiffs or clients within a larger litigation matter is highly valuable.
• Strong understanding of litigation processes, deadlines, discovery, filings, and case preparation.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a substantial caseload without losing sight of individual client needs.
• Comfortable working on sensitive cases and communicating professionally with clients.
• Able to operate in a fast-moving environment where the cases are significant and expectations are high.
