Methodist Health System seeks a Registered Nurse for the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (PRN Nights). Provide high-acuity, evidence-based care to post-surgical and critically ill patients, including complex assessments, titration of drips, ventilator management, and rapid response support. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, ensure safe transitions of care, educate patients and families, and uphold infection prevention and quality standards.
