Therapist

Rainier Springs in Vancouver, WA seeks a Therapist for our Partial Hospitalization Program. In this role, you’ll provide group, individual, and family therapy for adults experiencing mental health and substance use challenges. You’ll complete biopsychosocial assessments, develop and update treatment plans, coordinate care with psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers, and support safe transitions across levels of care. Our supportive, patient-centered team uses evidence-based practices in a stigma-free setting, offering strong clinical supervision, training, and growth opportunities.
