** Must be able to work 3 days onsite at our Midtown office**
What you'll do in the role:
> Provide direct, senior-level administrative support to the MSIM CFO (Managing Director) and the broader IM Finance Leadership team.
> Own complex calendar and meeting management across multiple time zones, proactively resolving conflicts and protecting leadership priorities.
> Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements and process expenses accurately and on time in line with Firm policy.
> Coordinate senior governance forums and leadership offsites, including logistics, materials, agendas, and follow-ups.
> Act as a key point of contact across Finance, the business units, and external partners, handling confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion.
> Help keep leadership priorities and deliverables on track, tracking action items and following up to ensure timely completion.
> Build and apply skills across the Firm's technology and AI toolset to work more efficiently and responsibly within Investment Management Finance.
> Act as a culture carrier; embody the Firm's values and hold yourself accountable to Firm standards.
What you'll bring to the role:
> Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders, ideally within financial services or a comparable fast-paced environment.
> Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
> Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients of all levels.
> Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential and time-sensitive matters.
> A proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong relationship-management and problem-solving abilities.
> Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; comfort learning new tools and AI-enabled workflows.
> Ability to work both independently and as part of a lean team, remaining calm and responsive during periods of change.
