Full job description
A thriving Community Health Center located in the heart of Orange County in Santa Ana, CA is recruiting a family medicine physician. Our organization was founded on the belief that underserved communities deserve exceptional care and we take that responsibility seriously. In addition to seeing patients, this individual will serve as a Supervising Physician to 4 APPs. This is a key leadership role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the clinical and medical operations of our clinical programs. This role is integral to the development, implementation and success of medical care delivery in these areas. The Supervising Physician will collaborate closely with the medical team, ensuring that program goals and objectives are met, and will guide the medical team in providing high-quality care to patients.
We offer a variety of flexible full-time scheduling options including five 8-hour days per week, a mix of in person and remote telehealth 8-hour days per week, as well as four 10-hour days per week. The Supervising Physician will have a full day for administrative duties.
We serve a predominantly Spanish-speaking population so a physician fluent in Spanish is highly desired but not mandatory. If you are a physician who wants meaningful work and a real voice in how care is delivered, you'll find both here.
The compensation package includes a generous salary ($330,000 - $370,000) and comprehensive benefits including: 403(b) retirement plan with matching contributions, medical, dental, vision and life insurance. We offer generous paid vacation and sick leave, paid holidays, paid license fees (including DEA) and paid CME.
If you value working in a collegial setting and have a passion for caring for the underserved, this position may be ideal. Please reach out to confidentially learn details.
