Locum Tenens Neuroendovascular Surgery Physician

Position Type: Locum Tenens
Specialty: Physician - Surgery - Neuroendovascular
Location: Youngstown, OH
Shift: 1 Week per Month (7 On / 7 Off), 24-Hour Coverage (7:00 AM 7:00 AM)

Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric
Setting: Inpatient/Hospital-Based
Responsibilities: Provide 24/7 neuroendovascular call coverage; respond to ED stroke alerts; perform thrombectomy and other neuroendovascular procedures as clinically indicated.
Required Procedures: Thrombectomy and Neuroendovascular Procedures
EMR System: Epic
Days Per Month: 1 Week per Month (7 On / 7 Off)
On-Call/Weekends: Yes 24-hour call coverage (12 hours in-house and 12 hours beeper coverage based on need)

Submission Requirements:

  • Board Certified Interventional Neurologist
  • Active Ohio Medical License
  • BLS and ACLS Certifications
  • 1 2 years of experience and clean background with no malpractice or license issues
