Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated STNAs/CNAs to join our team at Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Honeytown. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing care to our patients. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents in our post-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing programs
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
Monitor and record vital signs, report any changes or concerns to the nursing team
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
Assist with medication administration, treatments, and procedures under the supervision of licensed nurses
Requirements:
Valid STNA/CNA certification
Highschool diploma or equivalent
No experience necessary, we will train you!
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
