Full job description
Trusted is seeking an experienced allied health professional for this exciting travel assignment. Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• No current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - UNC Health.

Additional Details:
Required Credentials: - Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program. - Dependent upon population served, teammates must have at least one of the following depending upon practice area: ACLS, NRP, PALS, CPFT, or advanced practice certificate to administer moderate sedation in Bronchoscopy Lab.
Unit Details: - Provides airway management, mechanical ventilator management, oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, bedside pulmonary function testing, and arterial punctures. - Includes tracheostomy care and tube changes, aspiration of established airways, endotracheal intubations and extubations, and ventilator setup, monitoring, and weaning using specialized ventilator modes. - When working with Carolina Air Care, may transport pediatric and neonatal patients from referral hospitals and perform advanced procedures per UNC Air Care Protocol, including UAC, UVC, IV insertion, chest tube insertion, needle decompression, ABG’s, and blood glucose monitoring. - When working with ECMO, may manage extracorporeal circulation for cardiac and respiratory support.
Shift & Scheduling: - On-call 1 weekend per 6 weeks. - 6 weekend shifts per 6 weeks. - Must be able to work holidays if needed.
Floating Requirements: - Must be able to work with NICU, PICU, etc.
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
