Travel Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (Outpatient) in Midland, Texas. This full-time outpatient role involves assessing and treating patients with orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, gait and balance, and sports-related conditions. The position offers opportunities to develop expertise in both outpatient rehabilitation and occupational medicine services within a collaborative and growth-focused environment.
Job Details:
Shift Time: Days
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program; current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure; CPR certification or willingness to obtain; new graduates encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities: Assess and treat patients, develop individualized treatment plans, perform evidence-based interventions, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, participate in occupational medicine services such as physicals, audiometric testing, pulmonary function testing, and fitness-for-duty assessments. Document patient care utilizing the Raintree electronic medical record platform and utilize AI-powered documentation tools. Maintain a caseload of approximately 50 visits per week for full-time clinicians.
