Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Cerner is preferred.

Requirements:

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.

Required Skills/Experience: Must be competent to scrub and monitor device implants, EP ablations, and LAAO cases and have a good understanding of the EP lab, cardiac lab pacing, and ablation.

Preferred Skills/Experience: The team is specifically looking for an experienced EP technologist.

Required Credentials: If you do not have ARRT, an Arkansas limited X-ray license is required.

Special Requests: An interview may not be available prior to offer. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.

Unit Details: The EP lab is combined with the Cath Lab; IR is in Radiology. The unit handles approximately 20-25 patients per day. Scrub and monitor EP lab cases. Epic will be used in October; Merge is used in the Cath/EP Lab.

Shift & Scheduling: Self-scheduling is not available; staff schedules are assigned. Weeknight call is approximately 7-9 weekdays per month. Cath Lab weekend call is one weekend per month; EP Lab has no weekend call. Holiday call is required for Cath Lab; EP Lab has no holiday call. Call response time is 30 minutes.

Floating Requirements: Floating is limited to within the hospital’s Cath Lab; no floating to IR.

Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required for submission
