to step into immediate volume and a robust referral base. This is a rare opportunity to join a collegial team, enjoy a

Practice Model:
Fully physician-owned group with complete ancillary services Volume:
500–600 total joint cases annually + strong referral network Schedule:
2.5 days of OR block time weekly Growth:
Partnership track within 2 years + ownership options in ASC, PT, imaging, and walk-in clinic Support:
Experienced staff and APP support after 6 months for an efficient, well-run practice Compensation:
