Charge Nurse

Touchstone Communities is seeking a Charge Nurse (LVN or RN) to lead clinical care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. In this role, you’ll coordinate and deliver resident-centered nursing care, supervise and mentor staff, and ensure regulatory and quality standards are met. You’ll collaborate closely with therapy, physicians, and families to support recovery and long-term care goals.
