Join the Fleet Farm team as a Sales Associate in Farm, Pet and Automotive! You'll help customers find the right products, keep the department stocked and ready, and provide Best in Class service. Job Duties

• Take care of our customers: Make every customer feel welcome.
• Keep it stocked: Keep shelves, endcaps, displays, and sale items full.
• Keep the store ready: Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready sales floor.
• Keep pricing on point: Assist with price changes, clearance, and sale pricing.
• Recover the department: Face shelves, clean, and restock products throughout the day.
• Pitch in at checkout: Learn the register and jump in to support the team when needed.
• Keep merchandise looking great: Help with resets, displays, housekeeping, and moving freight to the sales floor.
• Share the Fleet Farm experience: Promote Fleet Rewards, the Loyalty Program, credit card offers, and other Fleet Farm programs.
• Bring the Midwestern GRIT: Work hard, help your teammates, and jump in wherever you're needed.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Previous retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and climb ladders is required.
