Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Representing clients in a wide range of insurance defense claims.
2. Providing expert legal advice on matters related to product liability, premises liability, depositions, and general liability.
3. Conducting thorough and detailed investigations, legal research, and discovery.
4. Preparing and presenting cases in court, arbitration, and administrative hearings.
5. Drafting pleadings, motions, and appellate documents.


Qualifications:
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the State Bar.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Insurance Defense Attorney.
4. Proven experience in product liability, premises liability, depositions, and general liability.
5. Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to resolve complex issues.
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
7. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
