Maintenance Technician

Our client, an industrial maintenance facility, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the maintenance and operation of machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, reliability, and general maintenance skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Iron Station, NC

Pay Range: $23-$25

Shift: 4 days/ week 7pm - 7am

What's the Job?

• Monitor machinery, controls, and sensors to ensure optimal operation
• Report issues and troubleshoot equipment problems
• Assist in basic machinery changeouts or repairs
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities
• Support safety protocols and procedures within the facility

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Basic computer skills, including Outlook
