Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• APTA Graduate
• Texas Physical Therapy License
• 1 year of hospital setting Physical Therapist experience

Assignment Details

• Hours: 0800-1700
• Weekend requirement: Rotating weekends
