We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to our patients while creating a welcoming, positive experience. As a Dentist, you will perform a wide range of dental procedures, diagnose oral health conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and educate patients on proper oral hygiene. The successful candidate will be dedicated to promoting dental health and ensuring patient satisfaction.

- Diagnose and treat dental diseases, conditions, and disorders of the teeth, gums, and oral cavity.
- Perform dental procedures, such as cleanings, fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, and more.
- Develop treatment plans based on patient needs and discuss available options with patients to ensure they understand their choices.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, diet, and lifestyle choices that impact dental health.
- Perform comprehensive exams and take diagnostic X-rays as necessary.
- Administer local anesthesia and sedatives when required to ensure patient comfort during procedures.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Keep accurate patient records, documenting all treatments, diagnoses, and progress.
- Work with dental assistants to ensure that patients are prepared for procedures and that proper sterilization and infection control protocols are followed.
- Manage patient anxiety and ensure a calm and comfortable environment.
- Stay updated on the latest dental practices, tools, and technologies, and integrate new techniques when appropriate.
- Adhere to all relevant safety and infection control protocols in accordance with state regulations and guidelines.
- Participate in patient consultations, answering questions and providing professional opinions on treatment options.
- Supervise and mentor dental support staff, ensuring that office operations run smoothly.
