Nurse Supervisor

Mercy is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead and support nursing teams within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. This role oversees daily clinical operations, staffing, and patient flow to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. The Nursing Supervisor mentors and evaluates nurses, coordinates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and upholds regulatory and safety standards.
