LPN – (3PM–11PM Shift) (11PM-7AM
Redmont Ridge Senior Living – Birmingham, AL
Redmont Ridge Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for the 3PM–11PM shift . This position plays a vital role in providing quality care and support to our residents living with memory-related conditions in a warm and caring environment.
Schedule
Full-Time
Required to work every other weekend
Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor residents’ health and communicate changes to the Wellness Director
Assist caregivers and support daily resident care needs
Maintain accurate documentation and medication records
Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents and families
Ensure compliance with all state regulations and community policies
Qualifications
Current LPN license in the State of Alabama
Experience in senior living or memory care preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
