Breast Sonographer

Wellstar is seeking a Breast Sonographer (PRN) to join our patient-centered breast imaging team. In this role, you will perform high-quality breast ultrasound exams, capture diagnostic images, and assist radiologists in the evaluation of breast disease. You will obtain relevant patient history, explain procedures, and provide compassionate, culturally sensitive care. The sonographer maintains equipment and exam rooms, follows safety and regulatory standards, and documents studies accurately in PACS/EMR. PRN status offers flexible scheduling within a collaborative, multidisciplinary, community-focused health system.
