Minimum Requirements
- Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Experience with geriatric populations and post-acute care documentation preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records preferred.
- Experience with restorative nursing programs preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift Start Time: 08:00 AM.
- Shift Pattern: 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift.
- Location: Glendale, CA (Skilled Nursing Facility).

Impacting Patient Care

Document treatment plans, measure outcomes, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize functional recovery. Maintain compliance with facility and state regulations.
