Minimum Requirements

  • Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
  • Experience with geriatric populations and post-acute care documentation preferred.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records preferred.
  • Experience with restorative nursing programs preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Shift Start Time: 08:00 AM.
  • Shift Pattern: 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift.
  • Location: Glendale, CA (Skilled Nursing Facility).

Impacting Patient Care

Provide skilled physical therapy services in a skilled nursing facility to support patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury. Document treatment plans, measure outcomes, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize functional recovery. Maintain compliance with facility and state regulations.
