We are seeking a strategic leader to drive customer success and long-term value across the digital post-sales lifecycle. In this role, you will champion our customers’ journey—from implementation and technical delivery to outcome attainment and expansion. You will serve as the bridge between GE Vernova’s digital expertise and our customers' most critical operational needs. This role requires a balance of high-level project management and deep technical empathy, empowering you to shape the strategies that keep the grid running smarter, faster, and more reliably.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Leadership and direction for all aspects of a strategic program and implementation to achieve the target outcomes. This requires working closely with GE customers to understand and define high level scope, project plans and resourcing at all stages of a project or program lifecycle.
  • Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline. Serves as best practice/quality resource. Has awareness of latest technical developments in own area. Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.
  • Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
  • Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with at least ten (10) years of experience in utility distribution operations.
  • Experience with utility industry-specific software (e.g., SCADA systems).
  • Knowledge of utility industry regulations, standards, and best practices (e.g., NERC, FERC).
  • Experience with project management including a focus on software implementation projects
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Primavera P6).

  • Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Program Management: Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end program lifecycles, from strategic planning to execution.

  • Domain Expertise: Proven experience leading Grid Software implementations and navigating the Grid technology ecosystem.
  • Technical Agility: High aptitude for quickly mastering complex technical concepts and translating them into business outcomes

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $122,400.00 and $183,600.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

 

 

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
