Occupational Therapist

Sigma Rehab seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide evidence-based rehab services across the patient continuum. In this role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver interventions that improve safety, independence, and quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate families and caregivers, and maintain accurate EMR documentation.
