What You’ll Do
As an Associate Director, you’ll become an integral member of an investment sales team by supporting live transactions while developing your own business development skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyze commercial real estate investment opportunities, including financial statements, rent rolls, operating performance and valuation.
- Prepare underwriting, offering memorandums, broker opinions of value and client presentations.
- Research market fundamentals, comparable transactions, demographic trends and capital markets activity.
- Assist in preparing property marketing campaigns and investor outreach strategies.
- Participate in property tours, client meetings and presentations.
- Build and maintain relationships with owners, investors and industry professionals.
- Prospect for new business through research, networking and targeted outreach.
- Maintain accurate market intelligence, ownership databases and pipeline reporting.
- Collaborate with Mortgage Banking professionals to deliver integrated capital markets solutions.
- Support transaction execution from initial engagement through closing.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, Accounting or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in commercial real estate, investment banking, finance, brokerage, underwriting or a related analytical role.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Financial modeling experience preferred.
- Knowledge of ARGUS is a plus.
- Real estate license (or ability to obtain).
