OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will provide evidence-based, client-centered OT services to underserved individuals and families, focusing on functional independence in self-care, work, and community roles. Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations, individualized treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, patient and family education, and accurate EMR documentation. You’ll collaborate closely with primary care, behavioral health, dental, and wellness teams to deliver holistic, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care.
