What You'll Be Doing
Operate and monitor plant equipment to support safe and efficient production.
Perform routine inspections, housekeeping, and preventative maintenance activities.
Load, unload, and move materials using approved equipment and procedures.
Follow safety policies and proactively identify and report workplace hazards.
Assist plant operations and team members to meet production and quality goals.

Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching throughout the shift.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials, tools, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces while following established safety procedures.
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hard hat, hearing protection, gloves, and safety footwear.
Ability to safely perform job duties in varying weather conditions and industrial environments with exposure to dust, vibration, and elevated noise levels.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
