Pager call coverage -- 7 am to 7 am over multiple days
Approx. 5 patients seen per 24-hour period on call
2 admissions per call period -- 50% call back rate
Avg. 125 deliveries per year -- rounding on assigned patients
EMR: Epic
C-sections, VBAC, breech delivery, and amniocentesis required
Low and high risk OB, OB ultrasounds, and minor GYN required
Vacation coverage
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
