BJC HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Clinical Nurse to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for diverse patient populations, collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. You will promote safety, quality, and ethical practice while educating patients and families, documenting in the EHR, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives that advance outcomes, innovation, and BJC’s mission of exceptional care.
