Registered Nurse Clinical Ladder III Post Procedure

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Ladder III – Post Procedure to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced procedural recovery setting. The RN independently manages complex post-procedural patients, performs comprehensive assessments, monitors hemodynamic status, administers medications, and responds rapidly to changes in condition. This role leads care coordination, pre- and post-procedure education, and discharge planning while mentoring peers and supporting evidence-based practice, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement in a collaborative, team-based environment.
