  • Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm with 30 minute unpaid lunch
  • 6-8 outpatients per day with 60 to 90 min appointments
  • Four Corners Regional Health Center facility
  • Webex platform available for telehealth
  • Outpatient only for child, adolescent and adult
  • 10% child, 20% adolescent, 70% adult patient mix
  • 2-3 medchecks per day
  • Hospital privileges required
  • Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
  • Assignment details and time entry in online portal
