What You'll Do

  • Lead all back-of-house operations to ensure exceptional food quality, consistency, and execution.
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop kitchen team members while fostering a positive, accountable culture.
  • Manage labor, scheduling, staffing levels, and kitchen productivity.
  • Control food costs, inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health department standards.
  • Partner with the General Manager to achieve operational and financial goals.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.
  • Drive continuous improvement in execution, systems, and team performance.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of Kitchen Manager, Executive Sous Chef, or similar leadership experience.
  • Experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Proven ability to manage food and labor costs.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering an outstanding guest experience.
