Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Outpatient Experience is preferred. Will accept First Time Travelers. Will accept PTA. Float to other clinics is required.

Assignment Details

Facility Type: Outpatient 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours. Productivity expectation is 60 visits/week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow-up visits expected. OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
